Shantiniketan Business School conducted a Refresher Workshop through Rotary Club of Nagpur Fort on "Career Path For Gen-X Managers" on 20th October 2012 at Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce, Civil Lines.

The session was chaired by eminent personalities like past District Governor Rotarian Vishwas Sahasrabhojnee, renowned cardiologist, Dr Mahesh Fulwani, Professionals like Sudeep Kumar and faculty members from PAAS Academy and Chief Coordinator of Raman Science Center, Mr Shrikant Pathak.

During the Inaugral session, Past District Governor, Rotarian Vishwas Sahasrabhojnee spoke on "Look Beyond Yourself- The Rotary Perspective." There were four technical sessions covering various relevant topics such as "Prepare yourself for UPSC, MPSC and other Competitive exams, CA V/s MBA, Competitive Posture and Scientific Shows portraying Interview Techniques. The program concluded with Vocational excellence awards to Dr Mahesh Fulwani for Health Care and Shree Sudeep Kumar for Professional Management.Eminent speakers from the field of academics and industry graced the occasion. Shrikant Pathak, conducted various experiments based on Management Principles to ptove that Management is an amalgamation of Arts and Science.
